Welcome to the Town of Hideout Utah.  Established in July 2008 with a population of 820 and encompassing approximately 2,500 acres.  Hideout borders the shores of the Jordanelle reservoir and is an outdoor enthusiast community.  There are miles of shoreline trails and connections to Park City and surrounding area trail systems.  Boasting the breath taking views of Deer Valley and the Wasatch mountains with the Jordanelle in the foreground.

We are committed to working with you, your agents or representative to expedite your development process.  We will “fast track” from initial concept project application to final approval of your project.
